I started Runaway Studio because I wanted to choose differently. For me, branding isn’t about following trends or ticking boxes. It’s about uncovering the truth of who you are and shaping a brand that feels natural, confident, and aligned. A brand that makes it easier to show up fully and unapologetically.
The name Runaway comes from a phrase my husband and I used to share when life got hard. We’d ask each other, “What do you want to do?” and the answer was always “run away.” It was never about leaving everything behind. It was about permission. Permission to take another path, to live differently, to create something outside of the script. That spirit is what guides me and the work I create for others.
My path into design began at the Savannah College of Art and Design, but my real education has been in the stories I’ve gathered, the people I’ve partnered with, and the choices that led me here. These days, I’m rooted with my family. I’m a mama, a creative, and someone who finds joy in slow mornings, handwritten lists, and the grounding presence of nature. Storytelling is still my compass, and alignment is still my guide.
When we work together, I bring a collaborative, holistic approach that starts with your story and your vision. Whether it’s shaping your brand voice, designing packaging, or building your digital home, every step is about clarity and alignment so your brand can grow with you.
